Ingredients

  • 2 store-bought cookies

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Homemade Soft Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Spread homemade soft ice cream (which has been frozen for at least 1 hour) on your favourite store-bought cookie. Top with another cookie and place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the ice cream hardens.
