Haskap Berry Compote
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (225 g) frozen haskap berries (see note)
- ½ cup (105 g) sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring the berries, sugar and lemon juice to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool. The haskap berry compote will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
