Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (225 g) frozen haskap berries (see note)
  • ½ cup (105 g) sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, bring the berries, sugar and lemon juice to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool. The haskap berry compote will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
