Mango and Cantaloupe Smoothie

This sunny, vitamin- and protein-rich smoothie is the perfect way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (140 g) frozen mango, cubed
  • 1 cup (180 g) fresh cantaloupe, cubed
  • ¼ cup (30 g) sliced blanched almonds
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) orange juice

Instructions

  1. In a personal blender fitted with the blender blade, place the mango, cantaloupe, almonds and orange juice. Purée until smooth. Transfer to a glass.
