Frozen Greek Yogurt and Berry Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) 0% strawberry-raspberry Greek yogurt (see note)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
- 8 fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 8 fresh raspberries, halved
- 2 fresh strawberries, each cut into 4 rounds
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt and honey.
- For each yogurt bite, pour about 2 tsp (10 ml) of the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet. Top with the fruit. Freeze for 2 hours or until the yogurt bites are set. Once frozen, place the yogurt bites in an airtight container. The yogurt bites will keep for 1 month in the freezer.
