Crumble for Sundaes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) all-purpose unbleached flour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and add the butter. Stir until the mixture is the texture of coarse sand. Using your fingers, arrange small mounds of dough (about 15 ml/1 tablespoon) on the cookie sheet, pressing gently. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
