Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 4 oz (115 g) dark chocolate, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a 750-ml (3-cup) jar, gently spoon ingredients in order, one after the other, so as to create layers. Close jar tightly.
