Ingredients
- 1 cup (150 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (70 g) bran cereal (All-Bran-style)
- 3/4 cup (160 g) lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (70 g) raisins
- 3/4 cup (75 g) quick-cooking oats
Instructions
- In a 4-cup (1 litre) transparent jar, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Gently add the remaining ingredients into the jar in order, one after the other, so as to create layers.
- Tightly close the jar. Attach a gift tag that details baking instructions (see note) and give as a gift.
