Ingredients
- 1 can 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) pastry flour, sifted
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking powder
- 5 eggs, separated
- 5 teaspoons (25 ml) sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) icing sugar
- A metal skewer
Instructions
- Place the can of sweetened condensed milk in a pot filled with boiling water. Boil for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove the can from the water and let rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the cake.
