Yogurt Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) 2% plain yogurt
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 3 small sweet pickles, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sweet pickles marinade juice
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) capers, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
