Yogurt-Feta Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt (see note)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (30 g) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp ground sumac
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an airtight container. The dressing will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.
