White Dip for Blue Chips
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 3 green onions (white part only), chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) sambal oelek, or hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and white pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate, if necessary. Serve with blue corn chips.
