Warm Asparagus and Chorizo Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lb (454g) large asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 chorizo sausage, 150 g approximately
- 18 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.
