Waldorf Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
- 2 green or Cortland apples, cored and diced
- 4 cups (340 g) shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup (70 g) diced celery
- 1/4 cup (35 g) raisins
- 1/3 cup (30 g) pecans, roasted
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, oil and maple syrup. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Season with salt and pepper.
