Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) vodka
  • 2 tbsp fennel, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp orange, peeled down to the flesh, flesh finely diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with the oysters. The mignonette will keep for 2 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
