Vodka, Orange and Fennel Mignonette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) vodka
- 2 tbsp fennel, finely diced
- 2 tbsp orange, peeled down to the flesh, flesh finely diced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with the oysters. The mignonette will keep for 2 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
