Vegetables “en Papillote”
Ingredients
- 4 red onions, cut into quarters
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 20 asparagus, trimmed and halved crosswise
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chucks
- 3 raw ears corn, cut into kernels
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium.
- On a large sheet of double layer aluminum foil, place all the ingredients. Close the foil.
- Place the foil on the grill and cook for about 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
