Tropical Pineapple and Kiwi Salsa Oysters
Ingredients
- ¼ pineapple, peeled and finely diced
- ½ red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1 kiwi, peeled and finely diced
- 2 tsp (10 ml) sherry vinegar or rice vinegar
- A few drops green or red Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 24 oysters, shucked
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the pineapple, pepper, kiwi, vinegar and Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper.
