Tropical Beer Cocktail
India session ale is the star of this bright summer cocktail.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180 ml) ice cubes
- 1 oz (30 ml) gin
- 4 tsp (20 ml) passion fruit syrup
- ½ oz (15 ml) triple sec or Grand Marnier
- ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
- 2 oz (60 ml) ISA beer
- Ice cubes
- Orange zest (optionnal)
Instructions
- In a shaker, vigorously mix the ice cubes with the gin, syrup, triple sec and lemon juice for 30 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled lowball whisky glass. Add a few ice cubes and top off with the beer. Garnish with a large piece of orange zest (removed with a vegetable peeler).
