Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato, peeled
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- With the mandolin, thinly slice the potatoes lengthwise. Rinse the slices and pat dry.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the potato slices in the olive oil a dozen at a time until golden brown and crispy, adding oil as needed.
- Drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside at room temperature.
- Serve with Venison Steak with Great Hunter Sauce.
