Sweet and Salty Popcorn with Herbs
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- 4 cups (50 g) plain popcorn
- ½ tsp maple sugar
Instructions
- In a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter with the herbs. Cook for 2 minutes or until they’re just starting to brown.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Add the popcorn and maple sugar. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Serve with Iced Calijo and Maple Sugar Cocktail.
