Spicy Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Sriracha
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with the oysters. The mignonette will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
