Ingredients

  • 4 slices candied ginger
  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Ginger ale
  • Mint sprig
  • Skewer of candied ginger
  • Lime wedge
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a copper mug or glass tumbler, combine candied ginger, vodka and lime juice. Stir.
  2. Fill the mug with ice cubes and top up with ginger ale.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig, a skewer of candied ginger and a lime wedge. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
