Shrimp and Napa Cabbage Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) orange marmalade
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 cup (95 g) leek, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil, plus more for frying
- 1 tsp (5 ml) toasted sesame oil
- 4 cups (280 g) napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3/4 lb (340 g) Nordic shrimp, thawed and patted dry
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 24 store-bought frozen wonton wrappers, thawed
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with pepper. Set aside.
