Ingredients
- 4 oz (113g) white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the mushrooms and shallot in the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
