Root Vegetable Fries
Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 1 celery root
- Oil, for frying
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in the fryer to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with paper towels.
- Peel the vegetables and cut into a fine julienne with a mandolin.
- Dip half the vegetables in the hot oil and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Season with salt. Fry the remaining vegetables.
