Red Cabbage Coleslaw with Cider Vinegar
Ingredients
- 6 cups (510 g) red cabbage, thinly sliced (about ½ small cabbage)
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl. Add the vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Let marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving.
