Raita Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) small cauliflower florets
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt (2% MF)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
