Quick Pickled Onions
Ingredients
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) canola oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Can be stored for several days in the refrigerator.
