Potato and Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) buttermilk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 6 cups (1.5 litres) small red potatoes
- The kernels of 2 ears corn, cooked (500 ml / 2 cups)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
