Ingredients
- 1 part white port
- 2 parts tonic water, cold
- Long lemon zests
- Fresh cherries or cranberries
Instructions
- Place ice cubes in a tall glass. Pour the very cold white Port and then tonic water over the ice. Garnish with long lemon zests and a red fruit such as cherries with their stem on or a few cranberries.
