Port and Orange on Ice
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) Ruby or very young Tawny port wine (see note)
- 1 large orange zest, removed with a peeler
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh orange juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a wine glass or a highball glass filled three-quarter with ice, add all the ingredients. Stir gently with a spoon.
- Serve with Bacon, Date and Blue Cheese Cup.
