Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) lightly packed fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- 2 cups (500 ml) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Instructions
- With a mortar, crush the garlic and basil. Gradually drizzle in the oil and add the Parmesan cheese.
