Pineapple Limeade
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups (500 ml) cold water
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 cup (250 ml) lime juice (about 7 limes)
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) sugar
- 1 lime, sliced
Instructions
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients, except the lime slices, until smooth. Strain through a sieve and pour into a pitcher. Refrigerate for at least for 1 hour.
- Serve in highball glasses and place a slice of lime to the surface.
