Piña Colada
Ingredients
- 1 cup (145 g) fresh, ripe pineapple, diced
- ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes
- 3 oz (90 ml) sweetened coconut cream
- 2 oz (60 ml) dark rum
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 1 slice pineapple with peel
Instructions
- In a blender, purée all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a tulip glass.
