Pickle Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 6 cups (510 g) green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 large pickles, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
- Serve with Tofu and Veal Meatloaves with Barbecue Sauce.
