Pear Marquis

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) pear liqueur
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold sparkling cider
- 1 store-bought pear-flavoured pâte de fruit
Instructions
- Place a champagne flute in the freezer for 1 hour.
- In the flute, combine the pear liqueur and the lemon juice. Top off the glass with the cold sparkling cider
- Thread a cube of pear-flavoured pâte de fruit on a cocktail pick and set on the rim of the glass, if desired.
