Peach and Rum Punch
Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 litre) peach or apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dark rum
- The juice of 1 lime
- 3 cups (750 ml) ginger ale
- 3 peaches, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients except for the peaches and mint. Refrigerate. Just before serving, add the peaches and mint. Serve very cold.
