Oven Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/2-inch (1-cm) thick slices
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
- On a baking sheet, combine the potato slices with the olive oil. Season with salt and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes or until tender.
