Lemon Shandy
Ingredients
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) simple syrup
- 1 bottle (341 ml) wheat beer or light pilsner, cold
- Sparkling water
- 2 long strips of lemon zest, removed with a vegetable peeler
Instructions
- Divide the lemon juice, simple syrup and beer among 2 glasses. Stir lightly. Top off with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon zest and serve.
