Lemon-Lime Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) salted butter
- Grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl or a small food processor and mix well. Tranfer to a ramekin and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Serve with corn on the cob or grilled fish.
