Lemon Juice Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) olive oil
- ¼ cup (60 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, etc.)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) honey
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. The vinaigrette will keep for 5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
