Kombucha, Raspberry and Lychee Cosmo
Take your homemade kombucha and transform it into this refreshing summer cocktail!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180 ml) ice cubes
- 3 oz (90 ml) vodka
- 2 oz (60 ml) canned lychee syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
- 2 tsp (10 ml) clear sugar cane syrup
- 6 fresh raspberries
- 3 oz (90 ml) raspberry hibiscus kombucha
- 2 canned lychees
- 2 fresh raspberries
- 2 basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, vigorously combine all of the ingredients except for the kombucha. Strain through a sieve into 2 martini glasses or champagne flutes. Top off with the kombucha.
