Iced Calijo and Maple Sugar Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (375 ml) ice cubes
- 1/4 apple, peeled and diced
- 2 oz (60 ml) apple brandy
- 3 tbsp (30 g) maple sugar
- 1 oz (30 ml) verjus
- 3 thin apple slices, unpeeled
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the ice cubes with the diced apple, apple brandy, maple sugar and verjus until smooth.
- Pour into a glass. Garnish with apple slices. Serve with Sweet and Salty Popcorn with Herbs.
