Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) canola or corn oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Serve with Boston or romaine lettuce.
