Herb Salt
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh chives
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh basil
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) table salt
Instructions
- Wash and pat the herbs dry with paper towels.
- In a food processor, finely chop the herbs with the salt.
- Delicious with radish, fish or grilled meat.
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 to 3 weeks.
