Helene’s Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) sugar
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (5 to 5 ml) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- 6 tablespoons (90 ml) olive oil, depending on the size of the cauliflower
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the sugar, salt, spices, and oil. Coat the cauliflower florets. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked and golden brown.
