Hash Brown Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 cups (600 g) sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) canola oil
Instructions
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the potatoes in the oil for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked through and nicely browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with (miso and maple ribs), grilled fish or roast chicken, if desired.
