This spicy harissa-based mayonnaise recipe is great for hot dogs and burgers!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups (310 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) harissa
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Delicious served with our Merguez Hot Dog.
