Green Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 6 cups (140 g) mesclun lettuce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustards. Add the lettuce and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
