Green Salad with Molasses Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) molasses
- 12 cups (3 litres) mixed baby greens
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil and molasses.
- Toss the greens with dressing to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
