Green Salad with Honey and Spice Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 Boston lettuce, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 cup (25 g) arugula
- 1 pomegranate, seeds only
- ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
- 4 tsp (20 ml) red or white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
- 2 tsp (10 ml) cranberry ketchup or store-bought ketchup
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch ground ginger or cinnamon
Instructions
- Arrange the lettuce wedges in a large serving dish or salad bowl. Top with the arugula and sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
